How to Check FPSC Phase-Wise Results Online
FPSC categorizes its recruitment and evaluation updates across four main stages. Follow these steps to locate your specific case number and download the PDF lists:
1.Visit the Official FPSC Website:Official Portal.
Go to the official Federal Public Service Commission website at www.fpsc.gov.pk .
2.Navigate to the ‘Results’ Section:Navigation Menu.
Click on the “RESULTS” tab from the top navigation bar.
3.Select Your Category:Choose Category.
Choose the applicable sub-category depending on your exam stage:
- Merit List (Overall written merit order)
- Shortlisting (Candidates qualified for document scrutiny/interview)
- Nominations (Final list of selected candidates recommended for appointment)
4.Locate Case Number & Download PDF:Search Case Number.

How to Check Online Marksheet / DMC (Detailed Marks Certificate)
Candidates who wish to view their exact marks obtained in the General Recruitment MCQs or Descriptive tests can access the online marksheet feature:
- Access the “Online Marksheet – GR” option under the Online Services menu on the FPSC homepage.
- Input your CNIC Number (without hyphens).
- Select your Roll Number and the relevant Case Number/Post Name.
- Click Submit to view and print your individual score card.
Document Submission Checklist for Shortlisted Candidates
If your Roll Number appears in the Shortlisting Notice for document verification prior to interviews, you must send attested copies of the following documents to FPSC Headquarters (Islamabad) via registered mail/courier:
- Bio-Data Form (Downloaded from the FPSC website).
- Two recent passport-size photographs.
- Attested copies of CNIC and Domicile Certificate.
